What is the return policy?
Shopify Independent Store Return Policy
Welcome to shopping on our Shopify independent store! To protect your legitimate rights and interests and standardize our after-sales service process, we have formulated this return policy in accordance with relevant consumer protection laws and regulations and Shopify platform service terms. It applies to all products purchased on this website (except for specially noted products). Please read it carefully before shopping; placing an order means you have understood and agreed to all the contents of this policy.
I. Return Eligibility
Return Time Limit: You may submit a return request within 30 days from the date you actually receive the product; return requests exceeding 30 days will not be accepted (except for quality issues, see Section 3 for details).
Product Condition: The returned product must be in a new, unused, and undamaged state, with no scratches, stains on the surface, and all accessories (such as packaging, tags, instructions, gifts, etc.) complete, without affecting secondary sales. For jewelry products (such as zircon bracelets, ring sets, etc.), avoid wearing marks, oxidation marks, maintain the original luster and integrity, and do not disassemble or modify the product structure without permission.
Restrictions on Special Products: Customized products, personalized engraved products, intimate accessories (such as unsealed earrings), and special clearance products marked "Final Sale" do not support no-reason returns, and after-sales service can only be applied for when there are quality issues.
Voucher Requirements: When applying for a return, you need to provide the order number, clear photos of the product (including the whole, details and problem parts), and receipt certificate to facilitate our quick verification and processing.
II. No-Reason Return Process
Submit Application: Log in to your Shopify account, find the corresponding order, click "Apply for Return", fill in the return reason and return quantity, upload relevant photos of the product, and wait for our review after submitting the application (review time limit: 1-2 working days).
Review and Confirmation: We will review your return application and product photos. After approval, we will send you the return address and return instructions via email; if the review is not approved, we will clearly inform you of the reason, and products that do not meet the return conditions will not be returned.
Return the Product: You need to send the product together with all accessories and packaging to the designated return address within 7 working days after the review is approved. Please pack it properly when returning to avoid damage during transportation, and keep the courier waybill and logistics track.
Inspection and Confirmation: After we receive the returned product, we will conduct an inspection within 3 working days. If the product is confirmed to meet the return conditions, the refund process will be initiated; if the product does not meet the return conditions, the refund will be refused, and the product will be sent back to you by the original route, and the return shipping fee will be borne by you.
Refund Arrival: The refund will be returned to your payment account (credit card, PayPal, etc.) by the original route. The arrival time varies according to the payment channel, generally 3-7 working days, subject to the arrival notice of the payment platform. The refund amount does not include the shipping fee for you to return the product.
III. Return/Exchange for Quality Issues
Definition of Quality Issues: Manufacturing defects of the product itself, such as zircon falling off, pearl cracking, chain breaking, plating peeling (non-artificial wear), size inconsistency (seriously inconsistent with product description), etc., are all quality issues.
Application Time Limit: Quality issues can be applied for within 60 days from the date of receiving the product, not subject to the 30-day no-reason return time limit.
Processing Method: After verifying that it is a quality issue, you can choose to return for refund, exchange (same style or same value product), or apply for a full refund (including the reasonable shipping fee for you to return the product); if the product is out of stock and cannot be exchanged, we will automatically handle the return and refund for you.
Special Notes: Product problems caused by artificial damage, improper use, or improper maintenance are not quality issues, do not apply to this clause, and free return and exchange are not provided. Paid maintenance services can be provided (specific maintenance fees and cycles will be communicated separately).
IV. Shipping Fee Instructions
No-Reason Return: The shipping fee for returning the product shall be borne by you. We do not bear the return shipping fee or provide shipping fee subsidies.
Return/Exchange for Quality Issues: The shipping fee for returning the product shall be borne by us. You can advance the shipping fee first and be reimbursed together when refunding (valid shipping fee vouchers, such as courier waybill and shipping fee screenshot, are required); when exchanging goods, the shipping fee for re-sending the product shall be borne by us.
Refusal of Goods: If you refuse to accept the goods without justifiable reasons, the round-trip shipping fee incurred shall be borne by you, and the corresponding shipping fee amount will be deducted from your refund; if the refusal is caused by damaged or wrong delivery of goods, the shipping fee shall be borne by us.
V. Exchange Instructions
Exchange Conditions: Only supports the situation where the product has no quality issues but needs to be replaced with a different size or color (same style and same value), or needs to be exchanged due to quality issues. The exchange application must be submitted within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.
Exchange Process: Submit exchange application → Review approval → Return original product → Our inspection and confirmation → Send replacement product. The exchange cycle is generally 7-10 working days (excluding logistics time).
Notes: Only one exchange is allowed. The replaced product no longer supports no-reason exchange, and can only apply for return and refund when there are quality issues; if the price of the replaced product is higher than the original product, you need to make up the price difference; if it is lower than the original product, the price difference will be returned by the original route.
VI. Refund Instructions
Refund Amount: The refund amount for no-reason return is the actual payment amount of the product (excluding shipping fee and coupon deduction amount); the refund amount for return due to quality issues is the actual payment amount of the product + reasonable return shipping fee (after verification).
Refund Channel: Consistent with your payment channel, such as credit card payment returned to the original credit card, PayPal payment returned to the original PayPal account. The arrival time is subject to the rules of the payment platform.
Coupon Handling: If you used a coupon when placing the order, the coupon will automatically become invalid after return. If the coupon has not expired, it can be used again when re-placing the order (a single coupon can only be used once).
VII. Disclaimer
For return delays caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, logistics suspension, customs inspection, etc.), we will try our best to coordinate but will not bear relevant responsibilities, and the refund/exchange cycle will be extended accordingly.
If the product cannot be delivered or returned due to your personal reasons (such as incorrect address filling, unanswerable phone call), the secondary shipping fee incurred shall be borne by you.
If the product you return is damaged or lost during transportation, the responsibility shall be borne by the courier company. We will assist you in contacting the courier company for compensation and will not bear direct liability for compensation.
We have the right to inspect the returned product. If it is found that the product has artificial damage, tampering, missing accessories, etc., the refund will be refused, and we reserve the right to pursue relevant responsibilities.
